What is your minimum order?
Our minimum opening order is £100, which qualifies you for our full wholesale pricing.
If you're interested in stocking Hayes & White but would like to discuss a smaller initial order, we'd be happy to hear from you. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
How much does delivery cost?
Wholesale delivery is £12.95 for orders under £200. Orders over £200 qualify for free delivery.
All wholesale orders are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature confirmation to ensure your products arrive safely.
How long does dispatch take?
Our standard dispatch time is 7–14 working days for small to medium-sized orders. Larger orders are typically dispatched within three weeks.
If you have a specific deadline or require a quicker turnaround, please get in touch before placing your order. Wherever possible, we'll work with you to meet your timescale.
Can I reorder smaller quantities?
Yes. After your opening order, you're welcome to place smaller repeat orders, making it easy to top up your stock as needed.
Can I order mixed scents?
Yes. You can mix and match scents, candle sizes and wax melts across the collection, giving you the flexibility to curate a range that's right for your customers.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the damaged items and packaging.
We will replace or refund any items damaged during transit and will always work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer seasonal collections?
Yes. We introduce seasonal fragrances throughout the year, giving our stockists the opportunity to refresh their displays with new collections and customer favourites.
