I aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order; this may vary during busier times. If you order is urgent, please contact me before you place your order.  

All our parcels are posted using Royal Mail 48h Tracked which should be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 4 – 5 working days for your parcel to arrive, especially during busier times.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days from dispatch, please email me at hello@hayesandwhite.co.uk and I will do my best to locate your order for you.

Packaging + Returns Policy

I take a lot of care when packaging orders to not only ensure your items arrive safely, but that it is as eco-friendly as possible.

All our parcels are protectively wrapped and should reach you in the same condition they left the studio, but if something has been damaged during transit, please send me a photograph of the damaged item along with the product details within 7 days of receiving the parcel and I will replace or refund the item for you. Please note, we cannot replace or refund items that have been used.
