Shipping 

We aim to ship all orders within 4-5 working days of receiving your order; this may vary during busier times. If your order is urgent, please contact us before you place your order.  

All our parcels are posted using Royal Mail 48h Tracked which should be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 4 – 5 working days for your parcel to arrive, especially during busier times.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days from dispatch, please email me at hello@hayesandwhite.co.uk and we will do my best to locate your order for you.

Packaging + Returns Policy

We take a lot of care when packaging orders to not only ensure your items arrive safely, but that it is as eco-friendly as possible.

All our parcels are protectively wrapped and should reach you in the same condition they left the studio, but if something has been damaged during transit, please send us a photograph of the damaged item along with the product details and order number within 7 days of receiving the parcel and we will replace or refund the item for you. Please note, we cannot replace or refund items that have been used. Please contact us via hello@hayesandwhite.co.uk

Refunds

We hope that you love your products, but if you are dissatisfied then we will issue a refund. Please send them back to us unopened and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanatory note and order number, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back.

Contact us at hello@hayesandwhite.co.uk We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty. If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email with a brief note to hello@hayesandwhite.co.uk. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.
